Delivery and local pickup
Your packages are generally prepared and shipped within 3 business days of receiving the order.
Orders within Canada are usually shipped with Canada Post. When we prepare your order, you will receive an email alert with your Canada Post tracking number. For Quebec and Ontario, delivery times are usually 1 to 3 business days. Elsewhere in Canada, delays vary from 5 to 14 days for the most remote regions. Orders within the United States of America are usually delivered by USPS. When we prepare your order, you will receive an email alert with your USPS tracking number. Delivery times can vary from 5 to 14 days. You may have to pay taxes and customs duties when you receive your package. To track your order, please visit USPS website.
When you choose local pickup, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup within 1-3 business days of receipt. You then have 7 days to pick it up from our partner merchant located in Rosemont, Montreal. The exact address and opening hours are provided to you in the confirmation email.
If you are unable to pick up your order within 7 days, please contact us to postpone your order delivery date. Orders unclaimed within 30 days will automatically be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
Exchange, return and claim
If you wish to make an exchange, request a refund or make a complaint, you must contact us by email at [email protected]. We will get back to you within 1-3 business days of receiving your message.
If you wish to make an exchange for an identical product of a different size, we will provide a free return label to our customers located in Canada. We do not bear the cost of return for our customers located in the United States.
It is your responsibility to carefully package the product so as not to damage its original packaging (eg: do not stick the postal label directly on a shoebox) and to take it to a Canada Post office or outlet.
The new product will be sent to you after we receive the original product.
We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of a non-defective product if it has not been returned in its original packaging or if the product has been altered in any way.
You can obtain a refund for a non-defective product within 7 days of receipt of the product, and only if the product has not been used. In the event of a return of a non-defective product, etik & co will not bear the shipping costs.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you request a refund for a non-defective product purchased with free shipping, an administrative fee of $15 taxes included may be deducted from the total amount of the order before refund.
We reserve the right to refuse the refund of a non-defective product if it has not been returned in its original packaging or if the product has been altered in any way.
If you receive a defective product, we will either reimburse you or offer you an equivalent product in exchange, at your convenience. It is your responsibility to make a complaint within a reasonable period of time in order to obtain an exchange or a refund.
We will usually ask you to send us detailed photos of the defective product. However, we may ask you to return it to us so that we can examine it. In this case, we will provide you with a return label free of charge.
We reserve the right to refuse any abusive claim.
